Shipping + Returns
Domestic shipping over $100 is FREE. International shipping is a flat $30 charge. Arizona residents are subject to sales tax and will be included at checkout. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via United State Postal Service First Class Mail from Phoenix, Arizona with insurance and tracking.
International Mail: All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Tammy Auther Designs does not pay for those fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. International shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Tammy Auther Designs has done its best to describe every piece accurately…flaws,dings, and all. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return your item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your item by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please return the item in the original packaging, insurance is recommended and you are responsible for the return shipping fees and insurance. We need to receive it within 7 days. Once we receive the package, we will email you that we have received it and a refund has been issued. If you return one item purchased as part of a discounted special bulk offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
