To measure your wrist take a cloth tape measure or a string and wrap around your wrist tightly.  If you are using string, mark the string and then measure the string on a tape measure.  Add 1/2 inch to your wrist measurement.  For example if your wrist measures 6.25 order a 6.75 size for your bracelet.
